Q1: Do I need to sign up each month?
A1: No, this is a recurring payment setup. Your card on file will be charged around the same time each month. If your payment information is declined for any reason, we will need to pause any production of your Flash Briefing until payment is received again.
Q2: What if I want to cancel in the first three months?
A2: We do require a three-month-minimum commitment for Phase 3. That gives us a great window of time to build momentum with your new Flash Briefing. However, if you want to cancel within your initial three-month commitment, we reserve the right to give you a partial or maybe a full refund for part of your three-month commitment. If you choose to cancel within the first three months, you may be liable for paying part or all of the remaining financial commitment for the first three months.
Q3: What if I want to cancel after my three-month commitment?
A3: We get it - creating a Flash Briefing takes work to record all of your audio and upload it to Google Drive. People get busy, so there's no harm, no foul if you need to cancel at any time. We will evaluate your current situation and may provide a partial or full refund for your most recent month.
